Food has been a central part of my work for many years — both professionally and personally.
I am the author of 20+ cookbooks, many of them created in collaboration with doctors and nutrition professionals, exploring functional food, everyday nourishment, and the connection between food, body, and wellbeing.
My work often focuses on how food can support balance and healing in a natural and realistic way — from everyday meals to more targeted approaches using ingredients such as ginger, nuts, matcha, and other functional foods. I have also explored the use of essential oils in food as part of a broader holistic approach.
Alongside my writing, I develop food concepts, create recipes, and offer catering for selected occasions.
I am currently also working on a new food-based initiative, which I look forward to sharing soon.
